Yamaha 2006 AR210 in Fairport Harbor, Lake County, Ohio

REDUCED WINTERTIME PRICE. Common thought is that the off-season is not great for selling boats. This is not the case with my 2006 Yamaha AR 210, which is in excellent condition. Through February, 2022, I have reduced the selling price to $21,000 from its carefully analyzed and appropriate price of $24,000.

On March 1, the price will go back up to $24,000. The reason I am doing this is because I would like to sell the boat before spring. That said, the price will go back up in March because demand will dramatically rise.

It has been kept in a rack building for at least the last ten years and currently is in the rack building at HTP Marina in Fairport Harbor. This is a big plus since there are no rack spots left in this marina. Also, the rack fees and trailer storage fees are paid in full through April, 2022.

The engines are clean and run extremely well with approximately 250 hours. The hull is in excellent condition. It is winterized every year by Martin Marine Services in Mentor.

The horn does not work and should be fixed. Seats are in very good condition with three very small tears which are patched.
